External professional review

Professional valuation review is provided by Scott Baker CPA through Baker Advice Group, where he is Principal. His published qualifications are B.Bus (Acc) (FP), CPA, FChFP. Scott reviews the evidence, methodology, calculations, assumptions and conclusion before any final report is issued.

Scope and suitability

Services are subject to engagement scope, conflict checks and professional review. The suitability of a valuation report depends on its intended purpose and the requirements of the person or organisation relying on it.

The appropriate scope and report format depend on the purpose of the valuation. Customers should confirm any specific requirements with their lender, lawyer, accountant or other intended report user before engagement.

Independence

Each engagement is subject to scope, conflict and independence checks. Fees are agreed independently of the valuation outcome.

Limitations

Sunshine Coast Independent Business Valuations is not represented as a CPA practice or Australian Financial Services Licence holder. No representation is made that a report will be accepted by every lender, court, regulator or other third party.
